Linkage maps of female (Wye Target) and male (BL2/1) parent developed using their F1 progeny. Bar positions indicate the locations of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for Verticillium resistance (vh) alpha-acid content (alpha), dry cone weight (dcw) and harvest index (hi).
